The Project builds on September’s Cornrows & Babyhairs EP, the latter of which contained the single “Gold Plates” which was premiered on HipHop DX. Featuring 11 tracks, the budding lyricist calls on fellow Retrospek member for production duties while REKS, Dua of Bad Rabbits and fellow Retrospek MC JuneLyfe serve as guest appearances. Previously released singles “Scapegoat” and “Sweet Chin Serenade” power the new collection of music, which features SPNDA’s signature gritty rhymes over Intelligence’s innovative soundscapes.
