[Via KBB] Avenue continues to set the table for his new full length project, The Chandelier View with more dopeness. Recently he released the Godwin-directed visuals for his Teddy Roxpin-produced single “Oh Wealth” to follow up “Invisible Tears” and his collab with Michael Christmas “Friday”. The Chandelier View is on the way but to appease the people until then he’s got a little something to listen to. The Killer Crew is happy to premiere Ave’s EP, SHE IS. SPNDA x Rah Intelligence – ‘Light Skinned’

[Via Scope Music] Yesterday, after months of preparation, Cool Collective Reps SPNDA (@Hologram2Beardz) and Rah Intelligence (@RahIntelligence) dropped their collaborative album Light Skinned. The Project builds on September’s Cornrows & Babyhairs EP, the latter of which contained the single “Gold Plates” which was premiered on HipHop DX. Featuring 11 tracks, the budding lyricist calls on fellow Retrospek member  for production duties while REKS, Dua of Bad Rabbits and fellow Retrospek MC JuneLyfe serve as guest appearances. Previously released singles  “Scapegoat” and “Sweet Chin Serenade” power the new collection of music, which features SPNDA’s signature gritty rhymes over Intelligence’s innovative soundscapes. With years of collaborations, the emcee and producer’s chemistry is at an all time high on Light Skinned as SPNDA expresses his own identity, and tackles stereotypes, the idea of judging someone based on their looks, and much more. A fully instrumental project, the music stands without vocals, showcasing the producers range and sound. Conceptually, the project was a true spur of the moment creation, drawing together from disparate influences and instigations. Catch Wreck x Rah Intelligence – 4 the People

[Via Scope Music] Originally concieved and recorded in 2012, ‘4 the People‘ was put on hold after a failed attempt to raise money for the project on Kickstarter. The 4 track EP by Roxbury Natives, Catch Wreck and Producer Rah Intelligence, also features an appearance from Boston’s up-and-coming Cassius the 5th. Catch Wreck keeps it raw and classic with his approach, addressing societal issues over expectedly ill boom bap beats from Rah Intelligence. The project is now available digitally from catchwreckmusic.com. “Even though we missed the mark on the Kickstarter campaign, we wanted this music to get out to the people the way we intended.
